FAQs

How much space do I need?

The minimum space required is a floor area of 15 feet by 22 feet. There also needs to be a minimum ceiling height of 10.5 feet. More space is ideal but not required.

What simulator technology is included?

We use Trackman 4 simulator technology, which is the most adopted golf radar technology in the world.

What are the power requirements needed?

We need access to 4 standard electrical outlets. Extension cords can be used as long as there are no tripping hazards. Important to note that we can still operate the simulator without power, but some features will be unavailable.

What equipment do I need to provide?

We provide all equipment needed to set up, tear down, and operate a successful simulator experience. Players are welcome to bring their own clubs, but we provide golf clubs that are included in the rental fee.

What insurance do I need?

None. We provide all the damage, theft, and liability insurance required by law. If more insurance is required for your particular event, we are happy to quote additional insurance coverage required.

Can we do multi-day events?

Yes it is possible based on availability and location. If your event is outside the Fredericton area, additional charges for staff accommodations may be required.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies depending on the time, duration, and location of your event. We are based in Fredericton, NB and so we charge mileage based on your location. Additionally, we may require a minimum booking time and travel expenses if your event requires our staff to stay overnight.

Do I need to staff the simulator?

No. We provide all the staffing for the duration of your event, as well as set up and tear down.

What can I do on the simulator?

Other than playing a round of golf, Trackman offers a number of mini-games and event based challenges like Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, Bullseye, and even mini-putt. Games are both for experienced golfers and beginners alike!

Can this be set up outdoors and indoors?

Yes, as long as you meet the space and power requirements, we can make it work!
